Benefits Enrollment

In your Benefits Tab, look for the Action Required notification. Select it to begin your enrollment and complete all benefit elections on your desktop. Make sure to submit before your deadline — your elections are not final until submitted.

Go to Benefits Tab in Paylocity

Look for "Action Needed" in the sidebar → select Start

Select Start Your Enrollment on the welcome screen

Review Family Information — add or update dependents, then select Continue

Answer any Questions (e.g. tobacco use, spouse coverage)

Make your Benefit Elections — choosing your preferred plan types

Designate Beneficiaries — enter Primary % for all plans; Secondary field requires a number (enter 0 if none)

Review all elections → select Submit (review selections again before selecting submit)

Select View PDF to download your Enrollment Confirmation — save a copy for your records.

Important Note
Once you have selected "Submit" you cannot make changes. Please review thoroughly before selecting submit. If changes are needed after you select submit, please reach out to HR via the ServiceNow Portal.

Save Your Confirmation
After submitting, select View PDF on desktop to download your Enrollment Confirmation Statement. Save a copy for your records.
Watch Your Deadline
Your enrollment event shows a due date in the Action Needed section. Elections not submitted by the deadline may be forfeited.

Beneficiary Rules
Primary Beneficiary % must be entered for all plans. The Secondary field must have a number — enter 0 if not assigning a secondary beneficiary.
