New Crew Team Members are encouraged to log into their CareMetx Virtual Desktop at least once a day. Regular daily access ensures you can stay on top of your emails and Teams messages, receive meeting invites, access Paylocity for timecards and time-off requests, and connect to CareMetx Compass (our company intranet), accessed through https://myapplications.microsoft.com/

Day 1 Checklist for New Crew Employees
- ✅For hourly employees, log into Paylocity and Clock in (Punch in) – (Guide 1 below)
- ✅Enter your time-off requests in Paylocity, even if they have already been approved by Cencora. This is for tracking purposes; CareMetx will honor your pre-approved PTO. (Guide 4 below)
- ✅Watch your HR Orientation & Key Departments and Systems Videos (Guide 5 Below) - (WFM has allocated 70 minutes on Day 1 to ensure completion of these videos.)
- ✅Finalize your benefit enrollment, if you have not done so already.
- ✅Review your compliance training in Paylocity and ENSUR within 30 days. (Guide 5 below)
- ✅ For HR assistance beyond what is covered in this guide, or if you need to RESUBMIT LEAVE information, submit a ticket through the HR Service Now Portal
- ✅ For IT assistance submit a ticket through the IT Service Now Portal
