Timecard Corrections

If you missed a punch or need to fix an error, submit a Timecard Correction from the employee dashboard. Corrections are only available for the current open pay periods. All corrections require supervisor approval before taking effect.

Employee Dashboard
Time & Labor → Home → Activity section
➕ Add a Punch

Go to the Menu bar (3 lines top left) → select Time & Labor

In the Activity section select Request Add Punch

Enter Date, Time, Punch Type, and Reason → select Submit Request
✏️ Edit or Remove a Punch

Select the Recent Activity tab in the Activity section

Click the ellipses (···) next to the punch → select Edit or Remove

Update fields as needed → select Submit Request
📋 Check Status

Select the Corrections tab in the Activity section to view Pending, Approved, or Denied requests

Select the Request Date to view details.
Pending
Your request has been submitted and is awaiting supervisor review. The punch will show a Pending Correction tag.
Approved
Your supervisor approved the change. The correction has been applied to your timecard.
Denied
Your supervisor denied the request. You will receive a notification. Contact your supervisor to discuss next steps.
